HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TIME THE TEAM WILL ARRIVE?
We will arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If you require a more specific time, you may call our office as early as 7:30 AM on the day of your cleaning, and we can give you a time estimate of when we will arrive at your home.

MAY I REQUEST A SPECIFIED TIME FOR A CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
Because of the variety of options we offer our customers, our schedule changes daily and week to week. We typically can satisfy requests that are made for A.M. or P.M. appointments. We do whatever we can to accommodate all of our customers with the appointment times requested.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLEANING?
If a scheduling change is needed, please call our office at 740-738-3101 at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning date to avoid the late cancellation fee.

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO CANCEL THE CLEANING AND YOU AREN'T ABLE TO ENTER MY HOME ON THE DAY OF THE CLEANING?
Unfortunately, a cancellation fee will be charged if we are not given adequate notice for canceling a scheduled cleaning or cannot gain access to your home. We must have a two-business-day notice to ensure cancellation is handled in time to avoid any late cancellation fees.

SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT:
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANY OF THE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?
No! Grand Cleaning Company is a full-service cleaning company equipped for the day's work. We use environmentally friendly products and solutions unless others specify differently. We do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners such as acids or alkalis. We also use allergy-free and anti-bacterial microfiber cloths and mops, which are also non-abrasive.

EMPLOYEES:
ARE THE PEOPLE THAT CLEAN MY HOME TRAINED?
We only hire people on our team that are professional, honest, and hardworking. All team members arrive in uniform. Most of our team members are pending GCC owners participating in our Cleaning Business Academy program. We teach the best practices of running a cleaning service business, thus creating a standard of duties to a higher level of service and care.

KEYS:
CAN I GIVE YOU A KEY TO MY HOUSE?
Yes. Leaving us with a spare key will ensure your home will be cleaned in the time requested. We prefer a key to avoid lockouts or leaving your key in hidden places where potential problems could occur. All customer's keys are numerically coded and locked in our office safe at the end of the day. If a key should be misplaced, there is no indication of the residence to which it belongs. If you prefer to leave a door open, leave a key with a neighbor, or a key left in a concealed area, we will enter with your permission.

PETS:
WHAT IF I HAVE A PET?
Our team members are taught to take every precaution to enter homes with pets carefully, so please let us know if you have any pets in your home. We do not want to alarm or upset your pet by introducing new people and sudden noises. However, it would be best if pets were kept away from the areas requested to be cleaned.

PREPARATION FOR CLEANING DAY:
DO I HAVE TO PICK IT UP BEFORE THE TEAM ARRIVES?
We don't want to make your cleaning a chore or add any more stress to your day. A simple pick-up of clothing, toys, etc., will be very helpful in allowing our team members to focus solely on the requested cleaning areas that are not mandatory.

VALUABLES AND RESTRICTED AREAS:
If you have particular valuables, heirlooms, or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door signals us that you do not want that area to be cleaned. If the door is closed for another reason (e.g., to restrict pet access), don't hesitate to contact our office so that we can update the client notes on the team paperwork to reflect your special instructions.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN REGARD TO WHAT THE TEAMS CLEAN IN MY HOME?
We have a 50-point checklist that we go by for every cleaning we do. If there's anything you would like to add, please don't hesitate to contact our office for any additional attention you would like our team members to perform so we can add it to their task notes. Everyone's expectations of what they feel should be included in their cleaning varies from customer to customer. It's essential that you communicate your expectations to our office staff so that we may keep your cleaning record up to date.
Initial/One-time Service (charged hourly):
Includes the Regular Maintenance Service but allows more time for a deeper clean and any a la carte items.
Regular Maintenance Service (fixed rates):

Bathrooms – Tubs, showers, mirrors, sinks, counters, toilets, and floors.

Kitchen – Outside of appliances and cabinets, counters, inside/outside of the microwave, vacuum, and mop.

Dusting and Vacuuming – General dusting off all surfaces, including lifting and dusting each item on surfaces and vacuuming throughout the home.

MOVE IN/OUT SERVICES (charged hourly):
The Move In & Out cleaning is a deep clean that includes wiping out the inside of drawers and cabinets. Upon request, cleaning the inside of appliances and other a la carte items can also be included.
Post-Construction Service (charged hourly):
The Post-Construction cleaning is a deep clean that includes wiping walls, if requested, along with any other a la carte items.
What if I want something cleaned that is not included in my Regular Maintenance Service?
If there are additional rooms, the inside of your refrigerator or oven, or if you want your baseboards washed, give us a call, and we can tell you what the additional fee would be and then add it to your next scheduled service.
What if an area cleaned was missed, or I am not happy with a part of the cleaning?
Call us at 740-738-3101 within 24 hours, and we will promptly work to make the situation right!
