From Grand Cleaning to Grand Property Services
Grand Property Services started as Grand Cleaning Company—a small operation built on a big commitment: do what you say you're going to do, and do it well.
We cleaned homes. We cleaned the offices. We showed up on time. We didn't cut corners. Word got around.
Pretty soon, our clients started asking for more. "Can you handle the carpets too?" "What about lawn care?" "We've got a unit turning over—can you do the whole thing?" "There's junk that needs to go—can you haul it?"
The answer was always the same: "We'll figure it out."
And we did. We added services, built a team, and invested in the equipment and training to do each job right. Today, Grand Property Services provides complete property maintenance—post-construction cleanup, carpet cleaning, move-in/out service, property repairs, lawn care, and junk removal—all from one team.
The company has grown, but the principle hasn't changed: show up, do excellent work, keep our word.
