Our Three-Phase Process

Phase 1: Rough Clean
After framing and drywall, before the finishing trades arrive. We remove construction debris, control dust, and prepare the space for the next phase of work. This keeps your project on track and your finishing crews happy.
Includes: Debris removal, dust control, initial sweep, disposal of scrap materials
Phase 2: Final Clean
After all construction is complete, before the walkthrough. This is the deep clean that transforms a construction site into a home. Every surface, every fixture, every window—spotless and move-in ready.
Includes: All surfaces wiped, windows cleaned inside and out, fixtures polished, appliances cleaned, floors cleaned (appropriate to material), cabinets wiped inside and out, paint overspray and sticker removal
Phase 3: Touch-Up Clean
The morning of the walkthrough or closing. After the final trades have finished their punch list, we do a final sweep. Spot cleaning, detail work, and that last layer of polish that makes handoff seamless.
Includes: Spot cleaning, dust touch-up, floor re-clean if needed, final inspection walkthrough

Post-construction cleanup is priced by square footage, project scope, and condition. Here's what to expect:
Rough Clean: $0.15–$0.25 per square foot
Final Clean: $0.25–$0.50 per square foot
Touch-Up Clean: $150–$300 flat rate
